History

In 2003, Talent Gurus’ founding company Sai People Solutions, Inc. moved the majority of its recruiting, administrative and technical support operations to Hyderabad, India. Through the use of offshore resources, Sai was able to improve upon its profit margins, stay competitive with other staffing organizations, and most importantly, recover from the effects of the IT industry collapse of early 2000s.

Recognizing the resourcefulness of the off-shore resources, Sai launched Talent Gurus as a way to provide these resources to other US firms looking for ways to reduce costs while staying ahead of the competition. Dedicated offshore IT resources helped to develop, test, and implement our web-based, recruiting management tool called SaiNex, which has been in use by hundreds of users worldwide since March 2005. Offshore teams also developed our Vendor Management system, People View. Furthermore, Talent Gurus’ teams have helped with market research activities, helping parent company launch marketing campaigns and learn more about current market trends. The multitude of successes that our off-shore teams have accomplished set the stage for the creation of Talent Gurus as an independent business unit.
